Feeling like quitting on your business?

Feeling like quitting on your business?

Hey sis!
Running a business can be overwhelming,  but I want you to remember this scripture when you’re feeling like throwing in the towel:  "Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial". - James 1:12
Here are a few reminders to help you stay faithful to the work that God has put on your heart.
1. God works in the unseen.
This is something that we can hold close to our hearts in many situations, and in this case, we can relate it to our business journey.  The problem with the human mind is that we think according to what we see and hear but we forget that God is always working behind the scenes.  So, whenever you feel like things aren’t working out as planned, remember this: God is always working, even if you can’t see it.
 2.  Your timing is not God's timing.
For most of us, we create timelines on how we want things to play out, but more often than not, God has something different planned.  This is where our faith gets tested.  But I want you to remember this: God’s  timing is better than our own.
God's perfect timing does two things: It grows our faith as we are forced to wait and trust in him and it makes certain that He, and He alone, gets the glory and praise for pulling us through.
3.  Pray for a peaceful mind.
I'm sure you have noticed so far that this is all about building your character.  When things don’t go as planned, we are quick to jump to conclusions and listen to the doubts - AKA the enemy's lies.  So, pray for a mind that avoids overthinking and twisting God's promises.  A mind that is guided by the peace of the Holy Spirit.  God has his reasons for your business struggles, and those reasons are good. Don't stress it.  Just keep showing up and doing what He has called you to do.
Moral of the story:  God has a purpose for you and He has already worked things out to line up in your favor.  Don’t quit sis.  You got this.
xoxo,
